What is an active contact?
Anyone you message, or who messages you, during a billing month. Contacts on your list who do not hear from you that month are not counted.
What are WhatsApp conversation charges?
WhatsApp charges per conversation or template message, based on category and the customer's country. We pass these through at cost and show them separately on your invoice.
What is included in the free trial?
14 days of the Hello plan with free conversation credits, so you can run real campaigns before choosing a plan.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Do you charge a commission on orders?
No. You pay your plan, conversation charges at cost and your own payment gateway fees. Nothing per order.
